Abstract

The concept describes a method for decoding current images that includes the following steps: capturing the bit stream containing the current image; dividing the encoded block in the current image to obtain one or more sub-blocks; obtaining the inverse quantization values ​​of the first sub-block; reconstructing the residual signal of the first sub-block; reconstructing the encoded block; and performing inverse quantization on the first sub-block. The study also mentions the current image encoding method, which includes the following steps: dividing the encoded block in the current image to obtain one or more subblocks; obtaining the transformation coefficients of the first subblock; obtaining the quantization transformation coefficients of the first subblock; and generate a bit stream by encoding the quantization transformation coefficients of the first subblock. Furthermore, the invention relates to a computer-readable, non-interchangeable means of storing data associated with image signals and a method of transmitting data associated with image signals.
