Abstract

The invention relates to a display plate and display device, and a display plate having component pixels arranged in array, and comprising a substrate (101), a control circuit layer (102) on the substrate (101), a pixel determination layer (108) and a light-transmitting layer on the surface of the control circuit layer (102) away from the substrate (101), and a black matrix layer (113) on the surface of the light-transmitting layer away from the substrate (101). Each pixel in the component pixels comprises a pixel controller circuit in the controller layer (102) and an emitter (EM) in the emitter layer, and the pixel controller circuit is configured to control the emitter (EM). The black matrix layer (113) consists of the first emitter openings (1031) which in turn expose the emitters (EM) of the component pixels perpendicular to the substrate surface (101). The pixel-defining layer (108) consists of component pixel holes (1081), at least part of the component pixel holes (1081) correspond one-to-one with and at least partially overlap with the first light-transmitting holes (1031), and at least one of the first light-transmitting holes (1031) has an arc edge. The display panel has a better display effect.
