Methods and devices for channel status feedback

Abstract

The invention relates to methods and apparatus for responding to information about capability, and methods and apparatus for responding to information about channel state. The capability feedback method includes the following steps: transmitting capability information to the second communication node and then to the first communication node, where the capability information is used to indicate the capability of the first communication node; and receiving it at the first communication node, signaling the parameters transmitted by the second communication node and corresponding to the capability of the first communication node. Through this method, the first communication node provides information about the capabilities supported by the first communication node to the second communication node so that the second communication node can perform scheduling based on the capabilities of the first communication node, thereby reducing system costs and improving system performance.
