Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic forming machine for molded pulp products. Through an innovative design to ensure stable raising and lowering of the hot press die, the hot forming area is optimized. The invention is unique in that: At the bottom of the hot press die, the support arm extends downwards in each of four directions. On the support arm, the sliding block is fixed. The base plate is positioned within the working space of the hot forming zone at a lower position, and through-hole slots are created on the base plate at each of the positions corresponding to the support arms. The adjacent outer faces of the base plate corresponding to the support arms are fixed to the support frame. The column surfaces of the support frame at the front and rear are connected to the support body. The support plate body is fixed to the guide rail. The sliding block on the lifting arm is loosely positioned on the guide rail, so that when the hot press lower mold is raised or lowered, the sliding block can simultaneously rise or lower along the guide rail, maintaining the balanced raising and lowering of the hot press lower mold. Therefore, the hot press lower mold and hot press upper mold can be precisely clamped to produce high-quality floor products.
