Process and equipment for cleaning combined chimney gas containing high levels of pollutants

Abstract

The invention relates to a device and process for cleaning combined flue gas containing many pollutants, which includes the following steps: injecting ammonia gas into the flue gas; mixing ammonia gas with the flue gas; passing the mixed gas consisting of ammonia gas and the flue gas through an adsorption sulfur removal unit (1), to achieve deep sulfur removal of the flue gas; after deep sulfur removal, the flue gas passes through a nitrogen removal unit by SCR (2), to achieve nitrogen removal of the flue gas; and the flue gas after nitrogen removal passes through the catalytic oxidation treatment unit (3) to achieve carbon removal treatment for flue gas. Before flue gas is denitrified, the flue gas is deep desulfurized to prevent sulfur dioxide from contaminating the SCR catalyst, improving the efficiency of sulfur and nitrogen removal, reducing the production costs of the manufacturing company, and improving product quality.
