Abstract

The invention relates to a support device (10) for the operation of a plant (1). The support device comprises a question-generating unit (18) which generates questions based on the plant's processing data (1); a response-receiving unit (20) which receives responses to questions generated by the question-generating unit (18); and an estimated information-generating unit (22) which generates estimated information to support the operation of the plant (1) based on responses received by the response-receiving unit (20).
