Abstract

The system and method for compensating power loss due to mismatched radio frequency (RF) signal probes in the RF signal-to-power testing of the RF data transceiver device being tested (DUT) involves supplying the RF test signal using an RF vector transceiver at multiple test frequencies. This allows for the isolation and compensation of power loss due to mismatches between the RF signal probe and the RF DUT connection based on pre-determined losses of the RF signal path.
