Abstract

The invention relates to a signaling device. This signaling device comprises: a signaling information generator for the LI layer configured to generate signaling information for the LI layer consisting of first and second information; a frame generator configured to generate a frame containing useful data that includes multiple subframes; and a signal processor configured to insert the prefix containing signaling information for the LI layer into the frame and transmit the frame. The first piece of information is necessary to decode the first subframe among the subframes. Therefore, the processing delay at the receiver is reduced.
