Abstract

The invention relates to a graft assembly, system, kit and method relating to an artificial rotating hinge assembly. The exemplary designs shown herein include a pre-assembled rotating hinge assembly with a hinged rotating femoral box designed to mechanically articulate with the femur through a femoral fixation mechanism, the femoral fixation mechanism being offset from the axis of rotation of the tibia when the knee is in flexion and extension positions.
