Methods and equipment for processing image content

Abstract

The term refers to methods and systems for processing image content. This method involves capturing information about the image content from at least one camera. This includes representing multiple frames of the image containing both distorted and undistorted areas. Next, camera and image parameters are collected and used to determine the distortion-free and distortion-free regions in the aforementioned image. This method is used to calculate the depth of field of the image by using the determined distortion-free and distortion information. Then, the final stereoscopic image is rendered using the distortion-free and distortion-free regions, and the calculated depth of field.
