Abstract

The invention proposes a method, system, and wireless communication device to prioritize a sub-link. According to some examples, the base station can transmit a priority message to instruct the user equipment (LIE) to avoid transmitting on the resource pool. For example, the priority indicator can be transmitted to the UE via a relay UE, which can adjust the timing or resources of the priority indicator, including the receive or generate information of the priority indicator, or avoid transmitting the priority indicator. Alternatively, one or more sub-link UEs can infer the priority indicator from the uplink cancellation indicator, and can avoid performing sub-link communication based on the priority indicator. Additionally, the patent also addresses user devices for wireless communication.
