Abstract

The invention presents a method for controlling and monitoring a channel and a terminal device. The method includes: performing the first operation in the case where the monitored resource in the power-saving control channel conflicts with the resource corresponding to the first action, where the first operation includes one of the following: monitoring the power-saving control channel; ignoring the monitoring of the power-saving control channel; and bypasses the control channel's power saving monitoring in a CORESET control resource set based on a state-of-the-art TCI configuration indicator.
