Abstract

The article discusses methods for decoding video, video encoding methods, and video decoding equipment. The method for decoding the current block's weighted prediction parameters may include the following steps: acquiring the weighted prediction parameters of the current block, determined based on the weighted prediction parameters; the weights applied to the first prediction block generated based on the first reference image and the second prediction block generated based on the second reference image; and acquiring, based on the weighted sum of the first and second prediction blocks, the final prediction block of the current block.
