Abstract

The invention relates to the field of advanced technology—revealed as thin-film transistors and methods for preparing such transistors, and display substrates and display panels, which assist in improving the structure of thin-film transistors, improving the characteristics of thin-film transistors and improving the performance of display products. Thin-film transistors consist of a substrate; an active layer mounted on the substrate; and a drain-source electrode mounted on the side of the active layer facing away from the substrate, and include an electrode layer and a shielding layer, where the electrode material consists of a primary metal element; the shielding layer covers the surface of the electrode facing away from the substrate, and the side of the electrode layer; and the shielding material is an oxide of the primary metal element.
