Abstract

The communication methods, wireless devices, communication systems and computer storage media proposed a mechanism to calculate the timing errors of wireless devices (12) in location measurements. In one example, the wireless device (12) performs the transmission or reference signal measurements and sends information to the network node (20) which is included in the location of the wireless device (12). The information above indicates the combinations of transmissions or measurements of reference signals with the corresponding timing groups of the wireless device (12). Each timing group represents the relevant set of transmission or reception timing errors in the wireless device (12). Based on the information above, the network node (20) calculates different group combinations when performing localization calculations which are based on the transmissions or combat signal measurements performed by the wireless device (12).
