Methods for building blasting furnace material trajectory models, computer systems, and computer-readable storage media

Abstract

This study proposes a method for constructing a blast furnace material trajectory model, building a blast furnace material fall process model, obtaining the initial blast furnace material trajectory model formula, and obtaining real material surface shape data. Based on the real material surface shape data and the simulated material surface shape data, a genetic algorithm is used to optimize the model parameters in the initial blast furnace material trajectory model formula, and the error values ​​of the optimized individual are compared. If the chromosomal parameters of this individual are smaller than the previously stated values, then the chromosomal parameters of this individual are used to update the parameters in the material trajectory model formula. The modeling process using this method is simple and improves the accuracy of the model.
