Abstract

The invention envisions the development of an antibody-drug conjugate capable of systemic administration and specific delivery of an ST1NG agonist to target cells or organs (e.g., tumor lesions) and a therapeutic agent used for diseases associated with ST1NG agonist activity, e.g., diseases (e.g., cancer) for which immunostimulation therapy may be applied. The invention relates to a novel CDN-derived antibody conjugate that can be administered intravenously and has an antitumor effect against antigen-expressing tumors. The invention also relates to a STING agonist, a pharmaceutical, and an antitumor containing it.
