Abstract

The invention relates to an exhaust device for a motorcycle engine comprising a front exhaust pipe, a first oxygen sensor, a first conical pipe, a catalytic converter, a second conical pipe, a main pipe, a second oxygen sensor, a muffler, and a muffler. The first oxygen sensor is located on the front exhaust pipe, and the front end of the first conical pipe is connected to the exhaust end of the front exhaust pipe. The catalytic converter assembly consists of a catalytic converter cylinder and at least one catalytic converter. The catalytic converter cylinder is connected at its front end to the rear end of the first conical tube. The front end of the second conical tube is connected to the rear end of the catalytic converter cylinder. The rectifier tube has its front end connected to the rear end of the second conical tube. The muffler assembly consists of the front cover of the muffler, which is connected to the cylinder of the shock absorber and the muffler block. The muffler block is mounted with the recess facing downwards, and the mounting base is located in the recess. The second oxygen sensor is securely fastened to the mounting base, with the pipe passing through the muffler. Thus, when the second oxygen sensor is fastened to the mounting base, because the mounting base is positioned with the recess facing downwards, no water accumulation will occur. This will allow the second oxygen level to be measured accurately, and determine whether the emissions in the sound block meet the requirements of laws or regulations.
