Abstract

Illumination refers to the display device comprising: a substrate; an organic insulating layer placed on the substrate with an opening; a primary electrode on the organic insulating layer; a secondary electrode placed on the organic insulating layer with the primary part overlapping the opening of the organic insulating layer; a ridge in which the opening of the primary ridge overlaps the primary electrode and the opening of the secondary ridge overlaps the primary part of the secondary electrode. The intermediate layer is placed on the first electrode and the secondary electrode and includes a hole exposing a portion of the secondary electrode; and the second electrode is positioned on the intermediate layer to overlap the first electrode and the secondary electrode and contact the secondary electrode through the hole of the intermediate layer, where the hole of the intermediate layer is located, on the flat surface, in the opening of the second edge while only partially overlapping the opaque surface of the organic insulating layer.
