Abstract

This invention proposes a method for selecting network transmission resources, terminal devices, and storage media that are readable by a computer. This method involves selecting at least two resources (Physical Oplink Shared Channel, PUSC1) on M carriers to transmit the uplink if the priority of at least one PUSC1 resource on M carriers is higher than or equal to the priority of the resource (Physical Uplink Control Channel, PUCC1) on N carriers; otherwise, select at least one PUCC1 resource on N carriers to transmit the uplink; where resources in the PUCCH resources on M carriers conflict with each PUCCH resource on N carriers, M carriers and N carriers belong to the same cell group, M and N are natural numbers, M is greater than 1, and N is greater than or equal to 1
