Abstract

The term "liquid injection nozzle" refers to a liquid injection system comprising a pressure chamber, an oil inlet channel, an oil outlet channel, a pump, an inlet channel, and a bypass channel. The inlet channel connects to the pressure chamber to supply liquid to the pressure chamber. The outlet channel connects to the pressure chamber. The pump connects to both the inlet and outlet channels to cause the liquid in the outlet channel to flow into the inlet channel. The inlet channel is connected to the outlet channel to control the flow of the fluid into the pressure chamber (in the inlet channel). The inlet and outlet channels are connected via a bypass channel without a pressure chamber between the inlet and outlet channels. The fluid flowing from the inlet channel into the bypass channel flows into the pressure chamber via the outlet channel.
