Abstract

The invention relates to a method for filtering reconstructed video data. This method includes the following steps: inputting a reconstructed array of luma image samples; aligning the luma position corresponding to the current chromatic sample with a position determined by multiplying the horizontal position in the chromatic sample by the auxiliary width value, and the vertical position in the chromatic sample by the auxiliary height value; and deducing the luma position within the reconstructed array of luma image samples using the luma position. and infer the variable by using a cross-component filter system and a reconstructed luma image pattern array defined by at least one of the luma pattern positions, where this variable is modified using the chromatic block of the current sample.
