Abstract

The invention relates to a wireless method, user device, and network entity. The wireless communication techniques include multiple beamforming techniques for small data transmission (SDT) over preconfigured uplink resources (PURs) described. The UE can receive indication of at least one PUR allocated for uplink communication when the UE does not have an RRC connection with the base station. At least one PUR may include one or more separate PUR events. The UE may also receive indications of one or more separate SSBs associated with one or more separate PUR events. Each PUR event containing one or more separate PUR events may be associated with only one of the one or more separate SSBs. The UE may also communicate to the base station during a PUR event associated with an associated SSB with an RSRP greater than the threshold. The invention also relates to other aspects and indications.
