Abstract

The invention proposes systems, methods, and machines, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for wireless communication over a non-terrestrial network (NTN). In one respect, the wireless communication method includes an initiation step, by user equipment (UE), of a procedure for registering with the NTN network entity to access the NTN. This method also includes transmission steps, UE-to-network data transmission, UE capability information of UR. Other aspects and features are also proposed.
