Abstract

The invention relates to a method and apparatus for transmitting information offline. The method includes the following steps: detection, by the broadcasting device, of terminal device identifier data within a predetermined distance; upload, by the broadcasting device, of the detected terminal device identifier data to the server; matching, by the server, of the push condition based on the terminal device identifier data; pushing, by the server to the broadcasting device, the information corresponding to the push condition that matches the terminal device identifier data; and broadcast, by the broadcasting device, the corresponding information received.
