Abstract

The invention proposes methods, systems, machines, and devices for wireless communication at user equipment and network equipment. The methods, systems, and devices enable the base station to determine the operational status of user equipment (UE) in relation to how the UE applies priority indications. The base station can indicate the operational status of the UE by using configuration panel parameters. The base station can transmit scheduled time-frequency resource allocation information to the UE. The UE can identify the channel priority associated with the scheduled resource. The base station can determine which scheduled resources will be prioritized or canceled and can allocate these resources to the UE using priority allocation information. The UE can determine the remaining time-frequency resources based on priority allocation information, channel priority, operational status, or a combination of these.
