The first FET array is coupled in series with the third FET array between the second node and the second voltage rail, respectively; the fourth FET array consists of gate terminals configured to receive the second control voltage; and the inverter is coupled between the first and second nodes, the inverter includes input terminals configured to receive the input signal and output terminals configured to produce the output signal.
