Abstract
The method of controlling the production of extract by solid-liquid extraction is better than the solid-liquid hot extraction process, especially in large-scale industrial applications and particularly in the production of concentrated tea, using at least one extraction tank (10; 100; 1000) as in the introduction of point 1. The purpose of the invention is to improve the material exchange in the extraction process compared with solutions based on technical conditions and to allow for the adjustment of moisture removal of the refined product with excess moisture in order to obtain an extract with additional value using the method according to the invention. According to this method, this process is achieved by performing the following steps: (i) supplying the first mass (M) into the extraction tank (10; 100; 1000); (ii) to provide a defined second mass (m) into the first mass already provided (M) without spatial and distribution constraints and to mix the second mass into and with the first mass (M);(iii) Dispensing a mixture ((CooC)+A) consisting of the extract ((C«B)) and the purified product (Λ) from the extraction vessel (10; 100; 1000); (jv) Separating the dispensed mixture in step (hi) into a purified product with excess moisture (A1) and the extract ((CaoB)**) released from the purified product with excess moisture (A+); (v) Further processing the purified product with excess moisture (A+) such that the excess moisture including the extract is at least partially removed from the purified product with excess moisture (A+) by desiccation and supplied to the separated extract ((C®B)). The invention also relates to a device for controlling the production of the extract by a solid-liquid extraction process and a device for producing the extract by a solid-liquid extraction process.
