METHODS AND EQUIPMENT FOR TIRE MANUFACTURING

Abstract

Tire manufacturing refers to the methods and equipment used in tire production. Tire manufacturing equipment includes a main shaft and a lift bar assembly. The wedge assembly, lock block assembly, and center drum assembly are enclosed within the main shaft. The tire manufacturing method includes the following steps: adjusting the initial diameters of the wedge assembly, lock block assembly, and center drum assembly, and applying adhesive; installing the tire rim outside the lock block assembly, increasing the diameter of the lock block assembly, and creating a contact lock block assembly that locks the tire rim; adjusting the diameters of the wedge assembly and center drum assembly so that the outer surfaces of the wedge assembly, lock block assembly, and center drum assembly are flush; rotating the lift bar assembly to apply adhesive to the sidewall of the tire, and creating a lift bar assembly that moves in the reverse direction and re-establishes itself after the adhesion is complete. Reduce the diameters of the wedge assembly, lock block assembly, and center drum assembly, and remove the tire from the main axle.This invention solves the problem of the known technical solution of replacing tire sizes for tire manufacturing, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive.
