METHOD FOR TESTING THE CYLINDRICAL SHAPE OF A BATTERY

Abstract

This section refers to the method of inspecting the cylindrical shape of the battery. The X-ray imaging method for battery inspection includes the following steps: identifying the centerline of the battery being inspected; establishing the ROI (region of interest) of each distinct region formed based on the centerline and acquiring individual X-ray images of each region; and combining the individual X-ray images and the overall X-ray image of the battery, where the distinct regions are formed according to the battery's movement speed.
