Abstract
Sãtig refers to a method for recovering basic rare earth elements (RBEs) from magnets, which includes first dissolving the magnet to create a solution containing Nd, Pr, and Dy, and then equilibrating the first column with a Cu2+ solution to create a first equilibrium column, injecting the solution into the first equilibrium column and injecting the magnetic solution into the first equilibrium column to establish three different liquid compound bands in the column, where the three bands include the Dy / Nd mixture band, the first pure Nd band, and the Nd Pr mixture band. Then... The second column contains a black Dy / Nd mixture and a Cu24- solution, and ligand solution is injected into the second column to establish a second pure Dy and a second pure Nd in the second column. The third column contains a black Nd / Pr mixture and a Cu2+ solution, and ligand solution is injected into the third column to establish a third pure Nd and a second pure Pr in the third column. Finally, wash the corresponding pure Nd strips to recover Nd, wash the pure Dy strips to recover Dy, and wash the pure Pr strips to recover Pr.
