Abstract

The proposed method involves creating a configuration for supporting information, communication devices, data storage media, and communication systems. This method includes the following steps: The first network device sends a request for routing to the Access and Mobility Management (AMF) function device, in which the routing request is used to request the routing of at least one radio carrier (RB) channel of the terminal device from the second network device to the first network device. The first network device receives the routing request response from the AME. The first network device determines, based on the routing request response, the arrival time of the first cluster at which the downlink quality of service (QoS) stream reaches the first network device's input in the first cycle, while the arrival time of the first cluster is used to schedule the downlink.According to this method, the amount of redundant signal information can be reduced, and the delay created during time-to-arrival reception can be minimized, thereby saving system functionality and improving system performance.
