Abstract
The design refers to the biological soft folding mechanism from jellyfish based on rotational movement including a soft silicone skin (2) covering the finger assembly (4), a retaining ring (1) is created to hold the center of the soft skin (2) and the wire assembly (3) on the inner pillar (7), the inner pillar (7) is installed inside the outer pillar (5) so that the outer pillar (5) is fixed and creates a rotating position for the inner pillar (7), the camera (6) is arranged in the inner pillar (7) but is fixed at the outer pillar (5) so that when the inner pillar (7) rotates it will not affect the position of the camera (6).In which, the wire assembly (3) helps the fingers of the finger assembly (4) to retract and extend, the inner cylinder (7) fixes the wire assembly (3) and creates rotational movement for the wire assembly (3). The finger assembly (4) has fingers with holes running along the inside of the fingers so that the wire assembly (3) is threaded into the finger assembly (4) through the holes. The fingers (4) have a strip-shaped form with a flat upper surface and a bottom surface with alternating notches to create finger joints so that when the wire assembly (3) is pulled, the fingers retract to tightly grip the object to be grasped. The wire assembly (3) has protruding wire ends and grooves are created on the ends of the fingers of the finger assembly (4) to interlock and hold the wire ends to the finger tips. The middle part of the wire assembly (3) is attached to the inner cylinder (7).
