Abstract
The invention relates to a biologically pure strain of the bacterium Alcaligenes faecalis VI39, isolated from acacia wood logs collected from the raw material warehouse of the Bai Bang paper mill, Phu Ninh, Phu Tho, Vietnam, which synthesized pectinase on a medium supplemented with acacia wood bark, achieving a pectinase activity of 965.12 U / L. The pectinase enzyme solution is applied in the process of peeling acacia wood logs, making the peeling process easier. The bark is easily separated from the wood core, forming large, intact pieces that are not broken into small, torn, or fragmented pieces when peeled. The wood core is clean and smooth, without any remaining bark fibers. The 16S-rDNA gene sequence of this bacterium has a size of 1136 bp and is registered on GenBank with registration number PP146559.
