Abstract

The invention relates to pixel circuits and methods for controlling pixel circuits and display panels.The image sensor circuit includes a control circuit, a data logging circuit, a storage circuit, and a first reset circuit; the control circuit includes a control input, first input, and second input, and is configured to control the control current flowing through the first and second inputs to control the light-emitting part of the sensor; the data logging circuit is configured to record data signals into the control input of the control circuit under the control of the first scan signal; the storage circuit is configured to store data signals; the first reset circuit is configured to supply the first initial voltage to the control input of the control circuit under the control of the first reset control signal; each control circuit and data logging circuit includes an N-type thin-film transistor; and the first reset circuit includes an N-type oxide thin-film transistor.
