Abstract

Wireless communication refers to various techniques for wireless transmission, specifically the wireless communication methods implemented by user equipment and base stations. In one respect, the user equipment (UE) receives, from the serving base station via higher-layer signaling, multiple measurement stop configurations; receives, from the serving base station via lower-layer signaling, the activation of the first measurement stop configuration among multiple measurement stop configurations; and performs one or more measurements of one or more non-serving base stations in the measurement stop specified by the first measurement stop configuration. Other techniques related to dynamic configuration of measurement stop configurations are also revealed.
