METHODS FOR DETERMINING BANDWIDTH AND STORAGE MEDIA READABLE BY COMPUTERS AND COMMUNICATION DEVICES

Abstract

A bandwidth determination method, bandwidth determination device, and computer-readable storage medium are proposed. In the bandwidth determination method, the first device receives the Physical Layer Protocol Data Unit (PPDU) from the second device. The PPDU data is used to determine the scrambling sequence and service field, and the first bit in the scrambling sequence and the second bit in the service field determine the bandwidth. Then, if a check error occurs in the second bit group, the first device determines the bandwidth for communication between the first and second devices based on the first bit group. When a check error occurs in the second bit group, bandwidth determination for communication is not abandoned. This avoids unnecessary retransmission or channel contention.
