OPERATING METHODS FOR REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANE AND WATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT

Abstract

The invention relates to a technique by which a reverse osmosis membrane water system can be operated stably over an extended period of time. The invention relates to a method of operating a reverse osmosis membrane device, which includes the following steps: a first step of intermittently adding an oxidizing viscous inhibitor and intermittently supplying water to be treated containing the oxidizing viscous inhibitor to the reverse osmosis membrane device; and a second step of adding an organic viscous inhibitor at least at intervals different from the first step's addition interval, and supplying water to be treated containing the organic viscous inhibitor to the reverse osmosis membrane device.
