METHOD FOR PROCESSING FIBERFUL RAW MATERIALS AND SOLIDS OBTAINED BY THIS METHOD

Abstract

As an exemplary aspect of the invention, the invention proposes a method for processing raw materials in the form of fibers containing cellulose and polyester fibers, including the steps of subjecting the raw material to an acid treatment and washing process, subjecting the first washed raw material to an alkaline treatment process to dissolve at least part of the polyester fiber and producing a second modified raw material which is then subjected to a separation process to separate the solid from the aqueous phase containing the dissolved material. The solid residue from the separation process is recovered, the second modified raw material is recovered and sent to the washing process, the liquid phase is passed into the first filtration step using a 11IC membrane to obtain the first aqueous percolation fraction, the first percolation fraction is passed into the second filtration step using a nanomembrane to obtain the second percolation fraction, the second aqueous percolation fraction is recovered and recycled to the alkaline treatment step. The same process is mentioned regarding the solid residue that can be obtained by this method.
