The invention also relates to a method of wireless communication to which a network board transmits a wireless communication device transmits burst state activation information, burst state activation information corresponding to a mode, and communicates, by network with a wireless communication device, a target signal in accordance with at least one of the burst state activation information or mode, wherein the target signal includes at least one of the downlink or uplink target signals.
