PRODUCT RECOVERY ASSISTANCE METHOD BASED ON PROXIMITY SENSORS

Abstract

This description refers to a method, implemented by a product retrieval support device, to assist in product retrieval based on proximity sensors. This method includes the following steps: inferring the product to be retrieved from the product retrieval list; selecting the first user terminal located in the first area where the product to be retrieved is displayed; moving a trolley containing multiple retrieval boxes within a certain distance from the first user terminal; when the trolley is positioned within a certain distance from the first user terminal, stopping the trolley's movement; providing information about the product to be retrieved to the first user terminal. And when the information for completing the pickup is received from the first user's terminal, the next product to be picked is inferred from the pickup list, where the distance between the pusher and the first user's terminal is determined based on the proximity sensor.
