The term "immutable record" refers to the method of creating a file performed by a computer, information processing device, information processing system, and immutable record. An immutable record stores a program to make the computer execute a process. This process includes the following steps: receiving the designation of a presentation file containing multiple slides that also include notes; extracting the character strings of the notes from one of the slides; receiving the audio data obtained from the speech synthesis of the notes; playing the received audio data; receiving commands to modify the character strings of the notes; writing the modified character strings of the notes to the slides; and converting the presentation file containing the slides into a file containing audio data, which has a different file format than the presentation file.
