Abstract

This invention relates to the field of mold manufacturing technology and reveals a method for producing molds for re-engraving and re-recycling in a sustainable manner. First, pre-established design lines or patterns are engraved onto a metal mold using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) or other methods to create a base mold. After the base mold is engraved, it is transformed into a plastic steel die, and then this plastic steel die is used to create mass-produced plastic molds for accurate and rapid mass production. Used mass-produced plastic molds can also be reheated for recycling and reuse, and re-engraving can be achieved. This benefits the process by the worker, significantly reduces mold production costs, and reduces environmental pollution.
