PROCESS FOR PREPARING HEALTH-ENHANCING HERBAL PRODUCTS USING ULTRASONIC EXTRACTION AND STIRRING METHOD

Abstract

The useful solution refers to the process of preparing health-enhancing herbal supplements using ultrasonic stirring extraction according to the invention, including the following steps: (i) Material preparation; (ii) Extraction using ultrasonic stirring; (iii) Settling and filtration to obtain health-enhancing herbal supplements. The technical parameters applied in the extraction process, including grinding herbs, stirring, and ultrasonication, have been determined and standardized, thereby solving the problems of the traditional soaking and extraction process, including shortening extraction time, increasing extraction yield and efficiency, easily scaling up to industrial scale, and still ensuring product quality. The process according to the invention uses raw materials from the traditional herbal medicine formula of Yma Kông.
