METHODS AND EQUIPMENT FOR COFFEE EXTRACTION USING A VACUUM CHAMBER WITH AN OXYGEN FILTER

Abstract

The useful solution refers to the method and equipment for extracting coffee using a vacuum chamber with an oxygen-depleting filter. This method includes (i) preparing the coffee powder; (ii) feeding the coffee powder into the filter (3); compressing the coffee powder; sealing the coffee powder (2); placing the filter (3) into the vacuum connection chamber (8) through a pressure-resistant sealing element; (iii) supplying water at a selectable temperature from 99°C to 99°C; (iv) deoxygenating by multi-stage vacuum suction to ensure a vacuum ratio from 50% to 95%; (v) adjusting the vacuum pressure and recovering the coffee extract. This equipment includes a vacuum connection chamber (8), an automatic vacuum valve assembly (1), a pressure-resistant sealing element at the bottom of the filter (7), a pressure-resistant sealing element at the mouth of the cup (10), and a pressure gauge (9).
