Abstract
The preparation refers to the enzyme depolymerization method for producing high-concentration oligochitosan solutions without concentration, including the following steps: (i) primary enzyme depolymerization, (ii) secondary enzyme depolymerization, and (iii) enzyme inactivation. This preparation method allows for the production of high-concentration oligochitosan solutions, reduces the concentration step, improves reaction efficiency and the quality of the resulting oligochitosan product, while reducing production costs, avoiding pollution, and is suitable for industrial-scale production.
