PROCESS OF COMBINING PRE-TREATMENT AND INCINATION OF HOUSEHOLD WASTE USING A MOVING GRINDER INCINERATORS

Abstract

The useful solution refers to a combined process of pre-treatment and incineration of household waste using a moving grate incinerator, including (i) a pre-treatment stage to collect organic matter including nylon, rubber, and organic waste, which is composted and air-dried to evaporate external water until the moisture content of the waste is in the range of 40 to 48%, to obtain waste with a calorific value in the range of 1300 to 1700 kcal / kg; (ii) the incineration stage is carried out in the incinerator (F), where the control system regulates at least one of the following parameters: waste feed rate, air flow rate supplied to the air supply zones below the grate, and air flow rate supplied to the secondary combustion chamber, and the residence time of the waste on the grate surface, to ensure that the temperature of the secondary combustion chamber (F-02) reaches the preset value of 950°C; and (iiii) the flue gas treatment stage of the incinerator.
