DRYING AND DEBRIS REMOVAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE CLEANING PROCESS IN PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD MANUFACTURING

Abstract

The process refers to the drying and sludge removal equipment used in the cleaning process of printed circuit board manufacturing, including a rotating drum, multiple agitators, a first tank, a first screw conveyor, a second tank, two second screw conveyors, a waste tank, and a collection bin. The agitators are mounted on the annular surface inside the rotating drum. The first end of the first tank is inside the drum while the second end is outside the drum. The first screw conveyor is mounted to rotate inside the first tank. The third end of the second tank is below the second end, and the fourth end of the second tank has an outlet. Multiple drop-off slots are created at the bottom of the second tank. Two second screw conveyors are mounted to rotate inside the second tank, arranged parallel and spaced apart. The opening of the waste storage tank is oriented towards the discharge slots of the waste storage tank and the filter screen covering the opening of the waste storage tank.The collection trough is located below the outlet of the second storage tank. This allows the drying and descaling equipment to dry the sediment and remove the corrosive residue that is forced out.
