Abstract
A useful solution for the shrimp farming sector relates to the detection of EHP in shrimp. One aspect of this useful solution is a method to increase the probability of assessing EHP microsporidian infection in shrimp. This helps analyze the quality of shrimp larvae or commercial shrimp based on a system that analyzes shrimp size, growth, distribution of deviations, uniformity, or assesses abnormalities in the internal organs of individuals within a single image collected and analyzed by artificial intelligence (AI) technology combined with qPCR and Nested-PCR methods. Combining these two prominent molecular biological methods, along with the thorough targeting of samples for testing using these methods, allows for effective assessment of EHP infection in shrimp, contributing to better management of shrimp ponds.
