HEAT EXCHANGER WITH MODULARIZED TUBE DEVICE

Abstract

The useful solution refers to a heat sink assembly comprising a heat sink core, two main plates, and a heat pipe module. The main plates are mounted onto the heat sink core. The heat pipe module consists of multiple heat pipes and two connecting pieces. Each heat pipe has a first bend which is the edge of a single-layer pipe and a second bend which is the edge of a stacked double-layer pipe. Each connecting piece has multiple first and second supports. The first and second bends of each heat pipe are mounted on the first and second faces of the heat sink core, respectively. Each first support of each connecting piece is mounted on the first bend of each heat pipe.
